Investigating the Moderating Role of Relationship Marketing In the Relationship Between Business Intelligence and the Quality of Social Security Insurance Services (Case Study of the Kerman Province Social Security Organization)

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the moderating role of relationship marketing in the relationship between business intelligence and the quality of social security insurance services. The study was a descriptive-survey research in terms of its applied purpose and its nature of implementation. The statistical population of the study was all employees of the Social Security Organization of Kerman Province, of whom 360 people were selected as a statistical sample using a cluster random sampling method. The research data were collected using a standard questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 26 and SmartPLS version 3 software. The results of the study showed that relationship
marketing moderates the relationship between business
intelligence and the quality of social security insurance services.
