Abstract
The digital age has changed how the e, commerce business works in terms of the company's operational, strategic, and human sides. Hence, such businesses require management frameworks that are holistic and go beyond traditional functional silos. This systematic literature review attempts to synthesize the core elements of integration that are crucial for the effectiveness of e, commerce by analyzing the findings of 25 research articles. The study indicates that the management of successful e, commerce depends upon the interaction of three fundamental pillars, which are in a state of flux: (1) Adaptive and Value, Driven Strategy, including strategic financial alignment, agile logistics, business continuity planning, and cross, cultural adaptation; (2) Technology and Data Infusion, comprising the planned use of AI, business intelligence, digital marketing tools, and supply chain automation; and (3) Human Capital and Organizational Behavior, which addresses leadership competencies, emotional intelligence, digital skills development, and the implementation of the management practices that are attractive to the members of the virtual teams, especially for the inclusion of the respective units. There is a significant paradigm change highlighted by the review from the purely operative aspect that has been traditionally considered to a synergistic model in which technological adoption is the result of the strategic vision and a skilled, versatile workforce that is thus empowered. We aggregate these findings into a single conceptual framework as well as pinpointing critical research gaps, such as the need for a higher number of empirical studies in less, researched geographical contexts and on the longitudinal impact of integrative practices. This paper consolidates knowledge for the academic community and gives e, commerce managers practical, integrative recommendations that they can implement and strategists managing an increasingly complex and competitive digital marketplace.
